dr MACIEJ DRUTO
His roots and family ties are in Lithuania.
Studies: one year of Biology-Geology, Universite de Paris, Faculte d'Orsay.
Master's degree from the Institute of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw (currently the Faculty of Economic Sciences). Doctorate in economics, 1983.
Research and teaching staff member (assistant professor, library curator) until 1989.
Since 1989, involved in the business of building modern trade and distribution networks in Poland (based on models from Belgium, France and the UK). Vice-President of the Federation of Trade Entrepreneurs, Vice-President and President of the Management Board of INOVA-DIS sp. z o.o. and INOVA-POL Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw). Member of the Management Board of Phoenix Trade LCC (Dublin).
From 1992 to 1998, implementation of cash register systems in Polish trade as an IBM partner.
1992 expert missions in the field of modern distribution in Poland and Central Asia on behalf of Al Barka Group (Saudi Arabia)
Since 1997 in the IT industry, as a business owner and contractor

PAWEŁ DĄBKOWSKI
An experienced senior manager with more than 20 years in the aviation industry in scope of aircraft design, testing R&D and marketing and also more than 25 years in managing the airlines and airports. His main interest today is in TSL , integrated supply chains as well as design of autonomous airborne equipment for dual use. In our Foundation Baltic Connections Paweł Dąbkowski is active in arranging financing for interesting projects, as well as in business development for third parties.
ANDRZEJ HABRYŃ
He holds a master's degree in aeronautical engineering. He was a designer in the design office of the ‘Iryda’ aircraft, a designer of turboprop engines, and a technologist and designer of a car production line in Wolbrom. He worked at FTT Wolbrom in various positions, including head of the Marketing Department, head of the Modernisation Department responsible, among other things, for preparing production areas for a Polish-Japanese joint venture, and was involved in launching sales in Russia, Ukraine, etc. He was the director of development and export at Linter S.A., where he was responsible for research and development and organised and managed export services. He was the technical manager of the project to build a Polish electric delivery van as part of the EVAN programme as a collaborator of Innovation AG S.A. As part of the Non Toxic Polymers sp. z o.o. start-up, he developed a method of using used wind turbines to store compressed air for CAES energy storage facilities. He is the author of several patents and numerous patent applications. He collaborates with the Institute of Energy Studies Sp. z o.o., where he is an expert specialising in renewable energy sources, circular economy and waste processing.
He is passionate about aviation technology, an amateur gemmologist and a hobbyist phytotherapist.
KRZYSZTOF KŁUSEK
Observer of social and economic life. Initiator of local projects. Entrepreneurially oriented towards the environment. Interests - various real estate, investment projects, innovations, local communities, entrepreneurial attitudes, active ageing of seniors, the natural environment, sports. I combine experience (my own and that of others) with tools useful for creating new projects and ideas.
ARTUR KARWATKA
Graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, an EMBA program from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, and postgraduate studies in IT Project Management, Business Informatics, and the Brand Strategy School at SKM SAR.
Over 25 years of interdisciplinary professional experience in various industries and organisations of different sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations, including both family businesses and public companies. Worked for fintech, banking, gaming, FMCG, construction, internal logistics, technology (IoT) and software industry, among others. He was responsible for co-designing the IT integration strategy across all Veolia Group divisions in Poland or for technology at CD Projekt Group.
An academic lecturer and researcher, worked for Warsaw Management University (MANS) and at the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, currently Vistula University.
